A list off wearable items that were made of polyformed AVI plastic. Most were available in the Club Devo catalogs.
All items made in the USA unless noted otherwise.

• Energy Dome Prototype - Found in DEVO's storage space. Probably a prototype - taller than Club Devo dome.
• Energy Dome Prototype: Clear - Found in DEVO's archives in Los Angeles. Clear plastic.
• Club Devo Energy Dome - Red Dome sold via Club Devo and at shows. "DEVO" in raised letters on top.
• Energy Dome: Reissue 1 - Reissue of Energy Dome made in mid 90's. Painted red.
• Energy Dome: Black Prototype -Reissue 2 prototype made w/ black textured plastic. no paint! Circa 2003
• Energy Dome: Reissue 2 - Reissue made with thicker, solid red plastic. no paint! Circa 2003
• Energy Dome: Chromed - Chromed domes made by Devo fan Nick Ciasullo circa 2003. Only 25 made.
• Energy Dome: NIKE Blue - Reissue made by NIKE for DEVO to wear during the 2004 race event concerts.
• Energy Dome: Reissue 3 - Reissue made Dec. 2004 by NECA. Lighter Red w/ NECA sticker inside.
• Energy Dome: by Disguise - Reissue Red Dome made by Disguise.com for the costuming market. Circa 2005
• Red Pomp Wig - Rare Red plastic versoin of the New Traditionalists era Club Devo item. Worn by Devo in concert.
• Black Pomp Wig: Reissue - Reissue of the New Traditionalists era Club Devo item. Modeled after JFK's hair.
• Black Pomp Wig: Reissue 2 PROTOTYPES - Reissue #2 circa fall 2003. Uncut prototypes!
• Blue Pomp Wig: NIKE- Reissue made by NIKE for DEVO for the 2004 race event concerts.
