DEVO upgraded their stage gear with these new Energy Domes, designed & manufactured by a true DEVOtee, Wayne Weedon (from the UK). These domes are made of sturdy red plastic, not painted plastic, and are much more durable than domes they replaced.

I met Wayne during DEVO's tour of Europe in 2007 when he showed me the tiny dome earrings he'd made especially for his wife. It didn't take long for us to start talking about the possibility of him creating new domes for the band.

Without question, these are the BEST Energy Domes DEVO has worn onstage since the 1980's. Thanks to Wayne, the band was finally able to retire the road-worn domes they'd been wearing onstage for the last decade.
